 He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Phyllis Woods; children, Harold, Jr., Marcus, Kenyana, Tamika, Shante, Ashley, Danielle, Donald, Jr.; brothers, Willie and Robert Woods and a host of other relatives and friends.

    Had the pleasure of working with Harold for many years at Holland. He was one of a kind. He will be truly missed. RIP my friend

    Mr. Harold Woods is a childhood friend of mine from Abbeville,SC. First as a boy scout he exhibited leadership skills of being trustworthy, cheerful, and honest to others. When we integrated the Abbeville high school his talents in football showed more scouting ways of being brave, clean, kind and courteous. As a man, I saw his ability to be thrifty, friendly and reverent to God and Serve his country. I am glad to have been associated and to know my friend, my cousin, Mr. Harold "Willie" Woods.
