She was preceded in death by her brothers, Calvin C. Singleton and Warren Singleton, and children, Cheryl P. Green and Douglas W. Evans, II.  She is survived by her son, Michael Evans (Marquita); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, Rubye Cooke (Clarence) and a host of other relatives and friends.
